SF Partners are recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator to join a busy HR team based in Birmingham City Centre.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who can quickly get up to speed and provide hands-on support across a range of day-to-day HR activities.

Location: Birmingham City Centre - Site Based (non negotiable)
Salary: £14.50 - £15.38 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Temporary - initially around 1 month, with potential to be extended
The role will include:
- Providing general HR administration support to the wider HR team
- Updating and maintaining employee records on PeopleHR
- Preparing contracts, letters and other HR documentation
- Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
- Completing compliance checks and ensuring records are up to date
- Updating holiday, absence and employee information
- Responding to general HR administration queries
- Ensuring employee files and HR data are accurate and compliant
