Role Overview:

We're seeking an enthusiastic Housing Specialist for the position of Housing with Support Manager in the Midlands area, based at Waterfront House in Beeston. Lutterell Court with travel out to our services in West Bridgford and properties in Ruddington. This part-time role (30 hours per week) includes Monday to Friday (workdays) with an on-call requirement with additional remuneration for this.

Responsibilities:

As the Housing with Support Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for customers' housing and support-related queries. Your role involves the safe and effective management of the housing scheme, catering to customers aged 55 and above. You'll represent the organization professionally to customers, visitors, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A full driving licence and a car to use for work purposes.
Experience and awareness of the wellbeing and housing needs of vulnerable older persons.
A positive problem-solving approach with the ability to make decisive decisions.
Understanding of Housing Management responsibilities, tenancy agreements, and relevant legislation.
Knowledge of adult safeguarding procedures and responsibilities.
Demonstrated understanding of customer service.
