Housing Management Worker
St Neots
£22,166
I am looking for a special person to work in supported accommodation for homeless people, or those who are about to be made homeless.
In this role you will be:
* Assisting with personal development plans
* Helping to keep the houses running smoothly
* Supporting clients to progress towards moving on into their own home
* Signposting and providing support in areas such as mental health, physical health, education and employment
For this role, where you can make a difference to people’s lives, you must have:
* Experience of working with vulnerable people
* An NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or be working towards this
* Experience of working within boundaries, appreciating the importance of confidentiality
* The ability to write clear and concise reports as well as to communicate at all levels
* The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
* Good IT Skills
* A flexible approach to work contents and hours worked
* Use of a car for work purposes
