Description:
BDS Recruitment are currently looking for Housing Support Workers to work within the Newquay area working with service users with challenging behaviour in relation to mental ill health and alcohol & substance misuse.
Main duties will include
* Provide housing-related support tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and tenancy sustainment.
* Build trusting, respectful relationships with customers and partner agencies.
* Support customers to access training, employment, and community opportunities.
* Carry out risk assessments and develop personal support plans.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to service targets
Hours per week: 22.2 hours 3 days per week
Contract; Temp ongoing role.
Pay rate: £15.34ph paye or £19.64ph umbrella
Please note you will require a Basic DBS Certificate for this role.
