An excellent opportunity has been made available by my client an established housing provider in the UK. My client has a large portfolio of supported living projects and offers generic housing management and supported housing services.

Vacancy Brief:

* Due to the nature of the client group, my client is looking for a Male Support Worker

* This is a Temp ongoing vacancy.

* This job role is a Full time position between 35 hours per week.

* Monday - Friday 09:00am - 5:00pm

* Pay rate for this role is £13.70 per hour on PAYE OR £17.50 Umbrella.

* Based in Bromley.

The Responsibilities:

* In your role as a Housing Support Worker, you will be tasked with developing and providing an effective and high-quality service to tenants.

* As a Housing Support Worker, you will be required to support tenants to the highest standard and in line with their support plan, cultural needs and wishes.

* An important part of your role as a Housing Support worker will be to support people to manage their own home, including supporting individuals with maintaining their tenancies and giving support and guidance when individuals move home.

* As a Housing Support worker, you will be required to understand and act upon safeguarding concerns.

* Furthermore, in this vacancy you will also be required to adhere to the organisations health and safety policy, maintain accurate records in line with the service provider.
