Our forward-thinking client is seeking an experienced and motivated Housing Services Manager to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality accommodation and housing services. Responsibilities include effective team management, overseeing housing requirements Collaboration with departments for seamless service delivery is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support the Housing Team with effective line management.
* Oversee housing management including supporting vulnerable Tenants to sustain tenancies.
* Identify and promptly resolve financial issues such as rental debt.
* Lead liaison with housing-related service providers and external partners.
* Ensure compliance with statutory housing obligations.
* Develop and maintain efficient housing systems and processes.
Experience:
* Experience in supported housing, housing management, and asset maintenance.
* Collaborative work experience in a geographically dispersed organisation.
* Effective contract management skills.
* Strong understanding of supported housing needs.
