Are you an experienced Housing Reviews Officer?
Park Avenue are currently working with a Local Authority in the North Home Counties who are looking for an experienced Housing Reviews Officer.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Part 7 of the Housing Act 1997 and HRA
Experience as a Housing Reviews Officer
It is necessary that you have reviewed and carried out s202 decision letters.Information:
3-month contract - very likely to be extended.
2 days in the office
£32 - £35 p/h
