Job Title: Housing Repairs Planner/Scheduler
Working Hours: 8am-5pm
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 dependant on experience
Are you a skilled Housing Repairs Planner/Scheduler looking for a new opportunity in the construction industry? We have an exciting position available with our client, a vibrant and established team in the social housing sector. Responsibilities:
Coordinating job assignments and locations for operatives through their PDA devices.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients to ensure smooth scheduling of repair works.
Managing the diaries and calendars of operatives to optimise productivity.
Escalating any concerns or issues to managers for prompt resolution.
Responding to repair-related emails in accordance with operational procedures.
Logging calls and requests on IT systems accurately and efficiently.
Communicating with operatives regarding completed jobs and return visits.
Ensuring engineers have all the necessary information for each site, and verifying the accuracy of recorded data.
Assisting with contract management to ensure adherence to service agreements.Experience / Skills Required:
Previous experience in a Scheduling/Planning role is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction.
Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a collaborative team player mindset.
Willingness to continuously improve customer service standards and deliver an efficient service.
IT literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.Holiday Allowance: 20 days plus bank holidays
