Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team as a Repairs Officer with a local Borough!

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide effective and responsive administrative support for our repairs department. This is a temporary position with a contract length of 3+ months, offering an hourly rate £15.52 per hour PAYE.

As a Repairs Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operational activities run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include face to face and telephone contact with the public, facilitating meetings, and assisting with monitoring team plans. You will also work closely with our team leader to ensure compliance with targets and standards, update records and details into databases, and liaise with officers, contractors, and suppliers as needed.

We value the importance of a strong administrative support system, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to the success of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including arranging and managing diaries and events, updating and recording data and records into various systems and databases, and providing clear telephone guidance on routine matters.

As a Repairs Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, internal and external visitors, and team members. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others will be highly valued in this role.
