The Role:

You will be able to respond to initial queries and resolve problems for customers in relations to their housing circumstances and will have some relevant experience in a similar role, preferably housing or other statutory service.

The Candidate:

Experience in Housing related roles

Experience in carrying out general administrative duties

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people

Excellent attention to detail
