* Contributing to the delivery of strategic improvements to the service and other corporate, cross-cutting priorities
* Working with applicants that are currently within the temporary accommodation
* Doing administrative paperwork in a timely manner
* Supporting the management of the service
* Providing holistic and accurate housing advice
