JOB DETAILS:
Working on behalf of a local authority, JO recruitment are looking for Housing Options Officers to be the first point of contact in a customer focused front line Housing Solutions Service providing timely and sometimes immediate housing advice to customers on a range of housing options, providing information, guidance and signposting on available benefits and services.
To provide excellent homelessness prevention advice and assistance to customers on a range of housing solutions, including social housing, shared ownership, low-cost home ownership, disabled adaptations, mediation, supported housing and the private rented sector.
This position will be located in Northampton, full time hours 37 per week Monday to Friday paying £16.50 per hour PAYE; which is equivalent to £31,746 salary or £22 per hour through an umbrella.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of housing law and data protection.
• Experience in housing, customer service, or advocacy.
• Experience with housing allocations and case management systems.
