Description:
I am looking for a Housing Options Officer to join a brilliant team for a Local Authority within Essex to get started as soon as possible!
The role:
Provide a front line service to customers, who are seeking advice/assistance with regards to their housing needs
Undertake formal investigations under Pt VII Housing Act 1996 (as amended)
Issue Section 184 decisions within the required timescales
Produce Personal Housing Plans (PHP)
Office presence: 5 days over the first 4 weeks of employment - following this, 2/3 day hybrid working pattern.
Rate: £30-£35 (dependant on knowledge).
Contract length: 3 months
It is required that you have experience working in Housing Options!
