Description:
We are currently working with a leading Housing Association to recruit a permanent Housing Officer on a hybrid working basis.
The successful candidate will manage a patch of 600 general needs units, ensuring a comprehensive, customer led housing service is provided.
You will take the lead on your patch and will be responsible for managing estate inspections, tenancy management (all areas), and repairs reporting.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the required level of experience and have a flexible approach to their work with the idea of promoting positive interaction with customers.
