Provide advice and support to tenants on housing-related matters.
Handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct property inspections and organise necessary maintenance or repairs.
Work closely with other teams and external agencies to address tenancy concerns and improve services.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in line with organisational policies.
Assist with rent collection and address arrears sensitively and effectively.

A successful Housing Officer should have:
