This is a rewarding opportunity for a housing professional who is passionate about people, communities, and creating positive, lasting change.

This role sits at the heart of a local housing service that goes beyond traditional lettings – supporting residents to sustain tenancies, access wider support, and feel genuinely at home in their community.

The Role

As a key member of the Homes team, you will play a central role in delivering a responsive, fair, and people‑centred lettings and tenancy service.

You will work directly with tenants and prospective tenants, ensuring homes are let efficiently, residents feel supported, and tenancies are sustainable. This is a highly visible role where your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on individuals, families, and the wider community.

The organisation is committed to making its local area a place of opportunity to live, work, and thrive – and you’ll be an important part of that mission every day.

* Strong understanding of tenancy management and resident support

* Confidence working directly with tenants and addressing housing challenges
