An established Housing Association in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with a strong background in tenancy management and delivering high-quality customer service within a social housing environment.
Your new role

Managing a designated housing management patch
Dealing with tenancy and estate management issues
Supporting tenants through tenancy sustainment activities
Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour cases
Conducting property visits, inspections and home checks
Managing rent arrears and supporting income maximisation activities
Liaising with internal departments and external agencies to deliver effective housing services
Maintaining accurate tenancy records and case notesWhat you'll need to succeed

Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or in a similar social housing role
Strong knowledge of housing legislation and best practice
Experience managing tenancy and estate management cases
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirableWhat you'll get in return
