Housing Officer - Bristol | £14.83 per Hour | 2-Month Contract
Are you an experienced Housing Officer looking for your next opportunity in Bristol? We are currently recruiting for a 2-month temporary contract with an immediate start, offering £14.83 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting tenancy visits and property inspections
Investigating and resolving tenancy-related issues
Dealing with anti-social behaviour cases
Working closely with residents, contractors, and partner agencies
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or within housing management or similar
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently
A DBS registered on the Update Service is essential due to the immediate start date
