We are currently working with a third party provider, who have an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills as a Housing Officer. They are looking for a Housing Officer to cover their Newport patch who is committed to the support of rent collection, Anti-social behaviour and tenancy management cases, Voids and lettings and scheduling of Gas complaints. Working days: Monday - Friday (flexible hours)
Salary: £22-£25PH
As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for
The collection of rent from low level arrears through to evictions
The right to transfer - joint to sole
Void propertys
Lettings
Supporting Low level anti-social behaviour
Tenancy management cases inclusive of mutual exchanges, joint to soles and succession.
