Description:
BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer’s to be based in Durham on behalf of a well-known housing association. This role will be office based with regular visits to schemes therefore the successful candidate will require a full drivers license and access to their own vehicle.
This is a full time role, Monday- Friday 9am- 4:30pm.
Flexible working arrangements are also available.
This is a 6 month contract to start ASAP
The role will involve;
* Dealing with tenancy enquiries
* Supporting customers to maintain their tenancies
* General inspections
* Handling low-level ASB's
* Mutual Exchanges
The main purpose of this role is to provide housing and estate management service to our customers alongside letting void properties within a defined patch.

Pay Rate; £18.50ph PAYE- £23.58ph UMB
