RSR Justice are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Salisbury for a Housing Night Concierge.
The purpose of this role is to provide an on-site presence at supported accommodations owned or leased by the organisation, including overnights and weekends. Typically working alone, the primary responsibility is to maintain building and occupant safety and security, fostering positive neighbour and community relations.
This is a part-time, permanent role offering a salary of £15,799 per annum.
Main Duties:
* Provide an on-site presence at the properties to maintain the safety and security of the building and its facilities.
* This role involved working evenings and nights after the hours of 7 PM.
* Maintain a full and accurate log of events during the shift.
* Provide a first point of contact for the 'on-call' system to ensure that clear and concise information is detailed to the 'on-call support worker'.
* Actively ensure the security of the building, monitoring CCTV and patrolling at regular intervals.
* Participate in verbal and written handovers.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs.
* We are happy to accept candidates from either security or support backgrounds.
* Experience in a similar overnight role is preferred but not required as full training and induction will be provided.
Role is subject to DBS check at the relevant level.
