We are recruiting an experienced Housing Manager on behalf of our client to lead and develop a high-performing housing management service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive housing professional to make a real difference to residents while driving service excellence, improving performance and ensuring compliance across housing, tenancy and estate management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate teams to deliver excellent housing services.
* Oversee tenancy management, antisocial behaviour, arrears and complex cases.
* Ensure properties and estates meet health, safety and compliance standards.
* Drive resident engagement, tenancy sustainment and service improvements.
* Manage performance, complaints and statutory requirements.
