Job Title: Housing Manager

About the Role
We are looking to speak with experienced Housing Managers who can lead housing services, oversee tenancy management and ensure residents receive a consistent, high-quality service.
This is an opportunity for a confident housing professional to take responsibility for operational performance, team development, tenancy sustainment and the delivery of housing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day housing management operations and service delivery.

Lead, support and develop Housing Officers and wider housing teams.
*
Monitor rent arrears, tenancy sustainment, voids, complaints and service performance.
*
Manage escalated tenancy issues, anti-social behaviour cases and complex resident complaints.
*
Ensure compliance with relevant housing legislation, regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
*
Develop effective working relationships with local authorities, contractors and support agencies.
*
Review performance data, identify improvements and report on service delivery.
*
Promote a resident-focused culture and continuous service improvement.
About You
*
Proven experience in housing management, ideally within social housing or a local authority.
*
Previous team leadership or management experience.
*
Strong knowledge of tenancy management, housing legislation and compliance.
*
Experience managing performance, complex cases and service improvement.
*
Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills
