Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Income Officer on a 2 month contract situated in Manchester
The role as Housing Income Officer will involve a hybrid option of work
As a Housing Income Officer your role will involve:
- Dealing with extensive Income challenges which also includes arrears, collection all the way up to court
- Tenancy Sustainment
- Safeguarding, Domestic Abuse and Community Safety
- Environmental issues ie fly tipping, garden issues
Due to the nature of this role interested candidates must have extensive Income/Arrears/Rents experience
You must have access to a car
