Bridge Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Housing Income Manager to join a leading housing organisation during an exciting period of transformation within the Income Management Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven problem solver with a strong analytical mindset who is passionate about performance, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement.

As Housing Income Manager, you will lead a team of 5-10 income professionals. You'll take ownership of high-level arrears cases, drive performance, and work collaboratively across teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

The role:

Lead and develop a high-performing income recovery team
Manage arrears cases from early intervention through to enforcement
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Use data and insight to improve service delivery and performance
Support transformation and innovation across income services

What you'll bring:

Strong leadership experience within housing income recovery
Knowledge of Housing Law, Welfare Reform, and legal processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and solution-focused approach
