Housing Delivery Project Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Housing Delivery Project Manager to support the delivery of housing development schemes across the London Borough of Haringey.You will manage projects through the development and construction lifecycle, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while managing contractors, consultants, finances and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of housing development and construction projects.
Manage consultants, contractors and other delivery partners, monitoring performance against programme, budget and quality.
Undertake and update financial appraisals, financial modelling, budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Manage procurement, commissioning and contract performance, ensuring value for money.
Oversee planning, building control, health & safety and other statutory requirements.
Lead site and project review meetings and monitor delivery KPIs.
Manage scheme handover and the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
Work closely with residents, councillors, leaseholders and internal and external stakeholders.About You
You will ideally have:

Significant experience delivering housing development programmes and construction projects.
Strong experience of financial appraisal/modelling and housing investment decisions.
Proven procurement and contract management experience, including managing consultants and construction contractors.
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project risks, budgets and supplier performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Good knowledge of affordable housing, planning and the London housing market.
Understanding of relevant housing legislation, regulation and political developments.
A degree or relevant experience; a construction, property or housing-related qualification would be advantageous.What's on Offer?£400 per day Umbrella | 5 months | ASAP start | Hybrid - 3 days on-site in Haringey
