Job Title: Housing Data Analyst

Location: Ipswich (Once a week)

Salary up to £30k per annum

Become a vital part of our Housing Data Analyst team, situated within the Investment and Compliance Department. You'll play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting housing data to support strategic decision-making.

Main Job Purpose:

As a Housing Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive analysis of housing data to support the Asset Investment team. Your insights will be instrumental in meeting targets, informing investment strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Analyze and interpret housing data to identify trends and patterns.

* Collaborate with the Asset Investment team to provide data-driven insights.

* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date housing databases.

* Generate reports and present findings to support decision-making processes.

* Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and investment plans.

* Liaise with internal departments to gather relevant housing data.

* Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in housing data analysis.

* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.

Knowledge & Experience:

* Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting housing data.

* Proficiency in database management and data visualization tools.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

* Knowledge of housing regulations and policies is advantageous.
