Description:
BDS are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work with a well-known Housing Association in the Manchester area.
Main duties will include but are not limited too;
* Taking rent payments from tenants
* Answering general housing queries via telephone, webchat and face to face
* Raising repair requests
* Occasional work on reception greeting customers
The ideal candidate will have;
* Strong IT skills
* Experience of using Housing IT Systems
* Experience ideally working within Housing and/ or Local Authority
* Great attention to detail
* High levels of customer services
This is initially an office based role with an option to move to a hybrid set up after your initial 6 weeks training (2 days per week in the office)
Hours- 35 per week Monday- Friday (Working time between 8am- 6pm on a rota basis)
Pay rate- Starting at £16.42ph PAYE/ £21.22ph UMB rising to £17.04ph PAYE/ £22.03ph UMB after completing 6 weeks training
