Description
Role Duties:
To effectively manage the Support Team, designated resources and budgets ensuring that assigned key performance indicators and objectives are met.
To lead on developing a performance and continuous improvement culture Repairs Services.
To lead on ensuring that lessons learnt are shared across the business and acted upon to improve service delivery.
To lead on a performance and continuous improvement information communications strategy across the Repairs Services
To develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external residents and stakeholders and work collaboratively to ensure our practices meet their requirements.
To support meeting the strategic requirements of the organisation ensuring the data and information is consistently maintained.
To lead on business planning, information, knowledge and performance management functions.
Lead on the development and monitoring of outcome based key performance indicators using best practice including Constructing Excellence, Housing Quality Network and other relevant bodies.
Lead on service improvement and advise on the tools and processes required to improve contract management.Skills; Experience and Attitude:
Experience of managing a repairs administration team.
Understanding and knowledge of running a customer contact centre.
Understanding and knowledge of contracts, contract procurement methods, planning, commissioning, delivering and monitoring of maintenance and improvement programmes.
Knowledge, experience and understanding of the impact of day to day.
