Excellent opportunity with a growing housing developer!

We’re currently looking for an experienced Housing Assistant Site Manager to join a 108-unit traditional new build housing development in Doncaster.

Salary: Up to £50,000
Car Allowance: £4,000
Package: Excellent benefits
Progression: Genuine opportunity to step up to Site Manager within 12 months
Future sites: Halifax or Sheffield
⏱️ Start: ASAP – up to 4 weeks’ notice considered

What we're looking for:

3–4 years’ experience as a Housing Assistant Site Manager
Strong experience working on new build housing developments
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Ambitious and keen to progress into a Site Manager role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for long-term career progression with a growing and established housing developer.
