This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional looking to join a busy and supportive housing team, assisting with the delivery of high-quality tenancy and housing management services on a 3-month contract.
Your new role
Providing day-to-day operational support to the Housing Management team.
Acting as a first point of contact for tenants and customers, handling queries and requests professionally.
Supporting the management of tenancy records, applications, transfers and allocations.
Assisting with rent arrears and general income collection activities.
Arranging appointments, preparing correspondence and maintaining accurate housing records.
Supporting neighbourhood inspections, estate management tasks and customer engagement activities.
Liaising with internal departments and external agencies to ensure excellent customer service.What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Housing Assistant, Housing Officer or similar housing role.
Experience working within a housing association or local authority environment.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively within a busy team.
Experience using housing management systems would be advantageous.What you'll get in return
