Description:

We're currently working with a well-established Local Authority in Kent that we've known for a number of years. They've got a really supportive team and a good working culture.

They're looking for an experienced Housing Allocations Officer to join them on an initial 3-month contract. The role has previously been fully remote, but any office presence you can do will be beneficial!

Key responsibilities:

Assessing and processing Housing Register applications in line with the Allocations Scheme
Verifying applications and making eligibility and banding decisions
Managing cases end-to-end, from application through to allocationRequirements:

Recent experience in Housing Allocations
Strong understanding of Allocations Schemes and legislation
Experience using HuumeThe rate is £27-30 per hour, depending on experience.

Interviews are planned for early next week, so quick availability would be ideal.
