Description:
Elevate Projects are working in partnership with a valued Client to appoint a Housing Advisor. You'll be working 37 hours a week on a temporary contract working closely with Support workers to help clients move in to new homes and sustain their tenancies.
As a Housing Advisor you'll be:
* Setting up tenancies and tenancy management
* Following up on leads and progressing them
* Carrying out inspection visits
* Reporting and following up repairs
