Due to exciting new business growth, Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton is seeking a Housing Advisor to join our dedicated team.
We provide comprehensive information, advice and guidance to individuals in need and we are expanding our team to meet the growing demand for our services and new ways of working.
Housing Advisor - £23,151.48 – £25,140 FTE dependent on experience
p/w available (min 18.5 hrs p/w would be considered)
Location: Dudley and Wolverhampton Offices
Main Job Purpose
● To provide a comprehensive and confidential prevention and intervention advice service to those approaching the service with a housing need, across our 2 core contracts with Dudley MBC and the City of Wolverhampton relating to housing advice issues (non-casework) in line with contract obligations
● Providing guidance on various housing matters including disrepair, complaints, homelessness, accommodation access, and customising assistance by evaluating support requirements
● Taking responsibility for the delivery of individual targets and outcomes as per our 2 x core contract requirements
