Description:
My client based in the North West of London is looking for a Housing Administrative Officer to join their busy team. The role will be temp to start with a view to contractual working further down the line.
I am looking for a committed individual, who has had previous admin experience and has good knowledge with IT applications including Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent phone manner, good spelling, excellent attention to detail, updating spreadsheets, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure is desirable.
Ideally, you will have worked for a local authority before and so would understand the administrative processes. Some housing experience is preferable as is the use of Jigsaw and other IT tools.
Some financial accounting experience is also beneficial – especially the use of Sage as the main part of your function would be processing invoices through the Sage financial accounting system.
