Start Date: 4 August 2026
Assignment: Ongoing temporary assignment
Pertemps is recruiting an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Team Member to support a busy student accommodation site in Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience who takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 2:00pmKey Responsibilities
Clean and maintain communal areas, including kitchens, lounges, corridors, stairwells and other shared spaces.
Service and prepare student bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
Carry out routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising.
Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly.
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following COSHH procedures.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and customer service at all times.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is essential.
Experience in hotels, residential properties, student accommodation or domestic housekeeping is desirable.
Familiarity with COSHH regulations and the safe use of cleaning products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and well organised.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
