Key Responsibilities:
You'll play an important role in leading the daily housekeeping operation by:
Assisting with cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards
Organising daily task schedules, leading morning briefings, and allocating work areas
Monitoring stock levels of cleaning products, linen and guest amenities
Liaising with Front Office on room status and Maintenance to report repair issues promptly
Supporting the team to achieve a 20-minute turnaround per bedroom where required
Leading by example while supporting the wider team, including room attendant duties when needed
What we're looking for:
To succeed in this Housekeeper Supervisor position, you'll have:
Previous hotel supervisory experience within housekeeping
Availability to work every Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility to provide additional cover when required
A reliable, organised approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
A strong work ethic and pride in delivering excellent guest experiences
