Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant

Salary: £12.85 per hour
Hours: 08:00am – 16:30 includes alternate weekends – 40 hours per week

We have a vacancy for a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant who takes real pride in ensuring their work is always completed to our high standards.

Working as part of a team, you will maintain the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of each resident and handle their possessions with due care and respect.

As a Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant you will be responsible for:

* laundering and ironing our residents’ clothing, putting it away tidily and ensuring wardrobes and drawers are always clean and neat, and repairing clothing where necessary

* maintaining linen stocks for day to day use

* ensuring that all areas of our home, including public areas and our resident’s rooms are clean, and our high standards are met at all times.
