We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to assist a busy, single professional woman in her 40s, living in a 3-bedroom flat in Westminster. The right candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the client's home is well-maintained, comfortable, and orderly. Location: Westminster, London – Spacious 3 bed flat, 1343 sq ft, single-floor living space.
Hours: 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including some potential weekend hours (discussed and agreed upon in advance).
Salary: £361.00 per week.

Responsibilities:

* Ironing and careful handwashing of delicate garments.
* Supervising any tradespeople for maintenance or repairs.
* Executing ad hoc tasks to maintain appliances and household items in prime condition.
* Shopping for groceries and household essentials.
* Monthly upkeep of an additional flat, ensuring everything is in working order.
* Occasional assistance with organizing paperwork during a few weekends every few months.
