We're looking for an experienced Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Manager, Guest Services Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager to lead a premium, customer-focused operation in Newcastle city centre.

What You'll Be Doing

As the senior leader on site, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, leading from the front and setting the standard for service.

You'll be a visible presence, supporting your team, engaging with residents, solving problems and ensuring every interaction reflects a five-star experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching and developing a customer-focused team
Delivering an outstanding resident experience with hotel-level service
Driving operational excellence and maintaining exceptional building standards
Managing day-to-day performance, compliance and Health & Safety
Building a positive, engaging culture where people enjoy coming to work
Creating a welcoming community through resident engagement and events
