We have a rare opening for a strong Hotel Manager to join us at Kimpton Fitzroy London and lead our team to success….

We are looking for an experienced people leader, working closely with our General Manager, Garreth Walsh, to lead our hotel team and contribute to the growing success of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running and strategic planning of the hotel operations, working closely with our Heads of Departments, HR, Finance and Commercial teams.

Experience in quality lifestyle luxury properties. Strong guest focus, you will be forward-thinking and strategic, with experience in a branded multi-venue establishment within a luxury lifestyle property, and always keep the guest at the centre of your plans.

Hands on approach, you won’t be afraid to take a proactive approach to managing and identify who needs support and how best to approach this. You will be an inspirational leader who likes to lead by example.
