Salary: Up to 32,000 GBP

Location: Harrow, Middlesex

Accommodation provided: Yes (on an all-inclusive basis)

Charge for accommodation: 270 GBP per month

Type of contract: Permanent

Workplace description: This hotel is just 10 minutes’ drive outside Watford. The award-winning restaurant serves a fresh, seasonal menu. The Harry Potter Studio Tour London is just 9 miles away and 20 minutes by car. This country house hotel is 7 miles from Wembley Stadium. Only a 10-minute drive away is Grim's Dyke Golf Club, with a picturesque parkland course.

Main duties and responsibilities: Making food orders and all the kitchen necessities. Ensures that the pantry and the kitchen are well stocked at any given time.

Oversees all the kitchen and culinary staff.

Supervises to make sure that everything is done as well as it should be done.

Assisting the Head Chef in creating menus and writing of food recipes that are to be used.

Assigning the staff different tasks that should be done.

Ensure that sanitary conditions are kept at all times.

Essential criteria: You will have experience of working in a similar role. You will have an excellent attitude towards learning, be passionate about good quality cuisine and show dedication to your career. A stable background is desired for this position.
