Hotel Assistant Manager – 4* Hotel – £35k – Falmouth Area
Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a passionate and confident Assistant Manager for our client, a well established, luxury Hotel in the Falmouth Area.
* £35k
* 48 Hour week
* Immediate Start

The successful Assistant Manager will be a driver individual, ideally from a hotel background, with a key focus on communication and be able to lead and work well as part of a team. The Assistant Manager role is a perfect opportunity for a career minded individual, with initiative and excellent social skills.
Main responsibilities to include;
* Assist in the smooth day to day running and management of the Hotel.
* Ensuring guests receive the highest standard of customer service.
* Organise and manage staff rotas.
* Ensure all food safety procedures are followed.
* Assisting in managing and training the food and beverage team.
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience as management level within a Hotel setting, with a hands on approach and desire to lead by example.
