Role Overview:

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating apprenticeships, focusing on the Hospitality sector, for levels 1 through 4. This includes delivering educational modules, assisting with assignment completion, embedding functional skills, and preparing apprentices for their End Point Assessments. Furthermore, the incumbent will support our Learning Consultants team in delivering these apprenticeships.

The position requires occasional face-to-face training deliveries across prestigious locations, predominantly in Central London. An expense package will be available for the successful applicant.

Experience Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have a background in Hospitality and previous experience in educational roles within the Apprenticeship framework. An affinity for teaching and a proactive approach to mentoring are highly desirable.

Additional Role Details:

- Ensure tailored programme planning and delivery that meets the needs of learners and clients.

- Maintain excellence in training and assessments at all times.

- Act as the primary support figure for apprentices throughout their learning journey at LT Selection.

- Reporting responsibilities include liaising with the Quality & Operations Director and Senior Learning Consultant.

- Facilitate inclusive learning environments, accommodating special educational needs and making reasonable adjustments as required.

- Uphold standards and comply with regulatory and organisational frameworks including safeguarding and Prevent duties.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Hospitality Management or equivalent training roles.

- Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths, or the commitment to achieve this standard.

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage a diverse range of client interactions.

Desirable Attributes:

- Teaching qualification or industry-specific training credentials.

- Experience in delivering both in-person and online educational sessions.

- Background in the Hospitality sector.
