We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead a high-quality hospitality operation in the heart of Central London. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves delivering outstanding service, and knows how to motivate teams to perform at their best.

What you’ll be , coaching and developing a front-of-house hospitality team

Delivering exceptional guest experiences across hospitality and events

Managing daily operations, staffing, rotas and service standards

Ensuring health & safety, food safety and company standards are met at all times

Working closely with clients and stakeholders to exceed expectations

Driving commercial performance, controlling costs and maximising opportunities

What we’re looking experience as a Hospitality Manager or in a similar leadership role

Strong people management and communication skills

A passion for customer service and high standards

Confident in managing busy services and events

Commercially aware with good organisational skills

Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including some evenings and weekends
