Hospitality Assistant - Victoria - Temporary (Immediate Start)
Location: Victoria
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Hourly Pay Rate: up to £15.00p/h Via Umbrella
A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Hospitality Assistant based in the Victoria area on a Temporary contract working in large corporate office site. The successful candidate would ideally need to be very client facing and has good experience working in a hospitality background.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Complete room set up as per function requirements for each meeting.
* Serve all tea and coffee, buffets, light refreshments and other food and beverages as per the function sheets ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
* Meet and greet conference organisers
* Keep the spaces – meeting and foyer areas - clean and tidy at all times including washing up and clearing up during and after the event
* Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers
* Assist with the ordering and deliveries as required
* Preparation of all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available, carry out a service check for each hospitality request
* Keep a record of all hospitality delivered and ensure it is all collected at the stated time
* Ensure hospitality rooms are left tidy
* Control stock and reduce waste
* Complete all records as directed accurately and in timely manner
Key Requirements:
* Previously experience working as a hospitality assistant before
* Good customer service skills with ability and confidence to work autonomously or in a team
* A positive attitude and good communication skills, with an appetite for excellent customer service and a professional demeanour
* Patient and calm under pressure
