The opportunity to join a respected, high‑performing technical sales team.What's the job?
You'll manage a defined territory, working closely with growers and distributors to provide technical advice, grow sales, and strengthen relationships.
This is a technical sales role that combines growing and technical knowledge with commercial awareness.
Day to day, you'll be:
Managing and developing relationships with growers and distributor accounts
Providing technical advice on fertilisers, growing media, and crop inputs
Identifying new business opportunities and supporting market growth
Supporting product trials and sharing results with customers and the wider team
Monitoring competitor activity and feeding insights back into the business.
Maintaining accurate records and forecasts through CRM systems
Working closely with internal technical, marketing and sales teamsYou'll spend the majority of your time out in the field, working directly with customers and building your presence across the region.
What do I need?
A background in horticulture, ideally ornamentals. This could be from nursery production, a technical role, or a sales role in commercial horticulture.
Strong plant knowledge and understanding of growing systems.
A commercial mindset and willingness to develop your sales skills.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability.
BASIS & FACTS desirable (or willingness to achieve them)
