I’m currently working with a Council in the Midlands that are seeking an experienced Home to School Transport Consultant for a 6 month contract.
Teams Interviews are to be held w/c 13th May.
In your role as a Home to School Transport Consultant, you will be reporting into the AD for Education & Head of Service for Transport.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record working as a Home to School Transport Consultant, within a local authority setting.
Your Role as Home to School Transport C
You will hold strategic oversight on spend and budgetary oversight
Managing cost efficiencies and looking at methodology
Manage the commissioning and procurement of transport services
Your previous experience as Home to School Transport C
Senior management experience within Home to School Transport
Experience in cost efficiencies and budgetary control and reducing a budgetary deficit
Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare and present reports to senior management
Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external service providers
Experienced in managing budgets and commissioning services
