Home Ownership Officer

4-month contract

Monday- Friday with some weekend and evening work.

Full time

£20.08 per hour

Our client is seeking a Home Ownership Officer to join their team. As a Home Ownership Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers across the UK, providing general support for rented, shared ownership and home ownership properties. Always providing excellent customer service. There will be a requirement for working outside normal hour, so a flexible approach with some weekend and evening work is required.

Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers to understand their home ownership needs and goals

* Educate customers on available home ownership options and programs

* Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management of housing services

* Prepare and maintain planning schedules for the local operations to meet service requirements and evaluate their delivery, to ensure high quality and consistent services

* Provide guidance and support throughout the home buying process

* Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork and documentation

* Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

* Analyse customer financial information to determine eligibility for home ownership programs

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines

Skills and experience:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Recent experience of undertaking a similar role

* Proven experience of delivering high quality leasehold management services

* Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads

* Proficient in data entry and record keeping

* Proven experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing solutions

* Good negotiation and presentation skills

* Confident using Microsoft packages

* Experience of using housing management software
