We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning Care Home in Splisby who are looking for Home Manager to join their dedicated team. We are looking for exceptional individuals with the right attitude, skills and knowledge who share our passion to deliver the best quality care experience to the residents.

This warm and friendly Residential Home is rated ‘Good’ in all areas in their CQC report and specialises in caring for elderly residents. The care home is located within beautiful and picturesque surroundings in Spilsby.
As a Home Manager you will be working in an established and well run care home that prides themselves on supporting their staff as well as their residents. You will play a key part with care delivery in the home, providing and ensuring the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas including person centred care. You will promote high standards of care by ensuring all team members are acting appropriately and you will communicate professionally and warmly with visitors, family members and other health care professionals.
Home Manager Duties:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of the care home facility
* Ensure delivery of high quality care services to residents
* Supervise and train staff members to provide excellent care
* Coordinate with healthcare professionals to meet residents needs
* Maintain accurate records and documentations related to resident care
* Monitor an evaluate the effectiveness of care services provided
Home Manager Requirements:
* Home Manager experience of a residential or nursing home
* Already hold or working towards a relevant care management qualification
* Proven background in care
* Ideally drives
* Desirable to have experience working specifically with learning disabilities
